As native southern Californian, Catherine grew up in Huntington Beach and now resides in Carlsbad.
Catherine, an entrepreneur at heart, developed and ran a very successful wedding flower, cake and consultation business for 15 years in Orange County. There she gained valuable knowledge and skills in super effective marketing, working harder than the competition, and provided exceptional service before during and after the sale.
Over the years, personal homes were bought and sold and a virtual Real Estate degree was earned “the hard way” (e.g.-REO properties, fixer-uppers, rental properties, new homes—She’s done them all). It was through those experiences that a foundation was laid that reinforced the importance of straight talk, hard work, and living up to ones commitments. It was also through those experiences combined with a passion for excellence that lead Catherine to enter and succeed in Real Estate business.
